1. What This Service Is

Sovereign Orbital operates an intent collection platform at sovereignorbital.org. This platform allows individuals and organizations to register intent to purchase satellite services and data products prior to our commercial launch.

No payment is collected through this platform. Registering intent does not constitute a purchase, a contract, or a financial commitment. Payment will only be collected after launch contracts are formally signed at a future date.

2. No Guarantee of Launch or Service

All launch dates, mission timelines, satellite specifications, and pricing are design targets only, not guarantees. Sovereign Orbital is a pre-revenue, pre-launch company. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any satellite will be launched, that any service will be delivered, or that any timeline will be met.

Registering intent does not guarantee a spot, a price lock, or any other commitment from Sovereign Orbital beyond our good-faith effort to contact you when we approach launch readiness.

3. Right to Cancel Intent

You may cancel your intent registration at any time before any payment is collected, at no cost and with no penalty. To cancel, email hello@sovereignorbital.org or log in to your account and request removal.

4. User Responsibilities

By using this platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all registration forms
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised
• Use the platform only for its intended purpose of registering legitimate intent

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or submit data to our platform
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with the operation of our platform or its infrastructure
• Use the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, designs, graphics, mission concepts, and branding — is the property of Sovereign Orbital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sovereign Orbital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign Orbital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform. Since no payment is collected, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars ($0).

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Disputes

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us first at hello@sovereignorbital.org and allow us a reasonable opportunity (at least 30 days) to resolve the matter informally.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
